1. Services
River Vista Health is the trading name of River Vista Health Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15705014). River Vista Health provides specialist neurological physiotherapy services. Treatment is provided by Becky Chalk BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, HCPC Registered. All treatment is subject to clinical assessment and Becky's professional judgement as to the appropriateness of treatment.
2. Physiotherapy Provision
- All sessions will be carried out by a physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Following assessment and during follow-up appointments, treatment options will be discussed including their benefits, risks and any potential side effects. You have the right to decline treatment at any point.
- River Vista Health Ltd will maintain client confidentiality at all times and personal information will be kept securely in accordance with professional standards.
- Your consent will be obtained prior to sharing any clinical information or reports with other professionals involved in your care, including for the purpose of care plans or onward referrals.
3. Fees & Invoicing
- The client or funding party confirms that they will fund the agreed intervention and that sufficient funds are available. Current fees are: Initial Assessment (up to 75 minutes) £110; Follow-up Session (45 minutes) £85.
- Payment for initial assessments is required in full at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Follow-up session invoices are issued following each session and are payable within 7 days.
- Additional charges may apply for clerical tasks such as report writing, referral letters, and GP or specialist correspondence. These will be costed and agreed with the client in advance.
- All payments are by bank transfer (BACS). Account details are provided on each invoice. Cheques are not accepted.
- If payment is not received within the agreed term, River Vista Health Ltd reserves the right to charge a £40 late fee for each outstanding invoice.
- Travel within the first 5 miles from Taplow is included in the session fee. Beyond 5 miles, a travel supplement applies. Please ask when booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or rearrangements require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not be charged.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or non-attendance without notice, will be charged at the full session rate. Discretion will be applied to extenuating circumstances.
- River Vista Health reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary, with as much notice as possible.

5. Terminating Intervention
- River Vista Health Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate intervention in the event of ongoing and persistent non-payment of fees, or if the safety of an individual is considered to be at significant risk.
- Clients may terminate their intervention with River Vista Health Ltd at any time by providing written notification.
6. Private Health Insurance
It is the patient's responsibility to confirm coverage with their insurer and obtain any required authorisation number prior to their appointment. River Vista Health does not invoice health insurance companies directly. River Vista Health is not responsible for costs that are not covered by an insurer.
7. Medico-Legal Work
Medico-legal instructions and related work are subject to separate terms and fees. Please contact Becky directly to discuss your requirements.
8. Professional Standards
Becky Chalk is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN). All treatment is delivered in accordance with HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
9. Data Protection
River Vista Health processes personal data, including special category health data, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By engaging our services or submitting an enquiry, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Health information provided during enquiry or treatment is processed under Article 9(2)(a) (explicit consent) and Article 9(2)(h) (provision of health care) of UK GDPR. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time; however, this may affect our ability to provide services. Clinical records are retained in line with HCPC guidance.
Contact form submissions are processed via Formspree, a third-party processor, whose privacy policy is available at formspree.io. Website analytics are conducted via Google Analytics, subject to your cookie consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
The information on this website is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice. River Vista Health's liability in connection with services provided is limited to the fees paid for those services, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
