Becky Chalk

Becky is a highly experienced Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist with over 10 years of dedicated specialist experience. She holds a senior specialist role within the NHS, working at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery with patients with complex neurological presentations across a wide range of conditions.

Becky graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham in 2012, having demonstrated exceptional clinical and academic ability throughout her training. Following graduation, she quickly identified a passion for neurological rehabilitation and dedicated herself to building expertise across the full spectrum of neurological conditions.

Her experience spans stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injuries, brain tumours, ataxia, Guillain-Barré syndrome and many other conditions, applying advanced clinical reasoning and treatment skills to her private practice.

Care Philosophy

Becky believes passionately that high-quality specialist neurological physiotherapy should be accessible to everyone who needs it, not just those who can travel to specialist centres or navigate complex NHS waiting lists. River Vista Health was founded to bring specialist-level care directly to patients in their own homes.

Every treatment plan is highly individual. Becky takes time to understand your specific goals, lifestyle and circumstances before developing a detailed, evidence-based programme tailored to your needs.

She is an active member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN) and maintains full registration with both the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
