Online can work well if…
- You live outside the Berkshire area, or travel is difficult
- You want a specialist opinion alongside your local therapy
- You want a programme you can do at home
- A family member or carer wants guidance
In-person may be recommended if…
- Hands-on treatment or equipment assessment is needed
- Your balance makes a video session unsafe without support
- Becky feels a fuller in-person examination is needed
Becky will be honest about what can and cannot be done online.
Common questions
Is online physiotherapy suitable if my MS is progressive?
Often yes. Assessment focuses on what you can do now and what matters to you. If hands-on treatment or equipment would help, Becky will say so.
Will exercise make my fatigue worse?
Programmes are built around your energy levels and heat sensitivity, with pacing advice. Becky will adjust the plan if it is too much.
